I was looking for a portable speaker system to use with my iTouch and this fit the bill perfectly. Easy to use and the sound is wonderful! To be truthful I wasn't expecting a whole lot of sound so I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and volume. I love that I can listen to my iTouch in the kitchen or while working outside since it will run on batteries. It will charge your device when the GoGroove is plugged into standard power (not batteries) which is great as well!



I purchased this from Amazon while it was on sale and it was well worth it. I'm extremely happy with this purchase and will be recommending it to my friends and family!

Ok, I was actually looking for a speaker system to use with my iPod touch to act as an alarm clock that wasn't too expensive when I came across these great speakers. At first I wasn't too convinced but after reading and looking it up I was sure that they were going to be pretty good. When I received them, I was like WHOA! These speakers can be taken anywhere (they can be powered by two AA batteries but also includes a power outlet) and can be positioned just about anywhere. The stand in the back of them can be adjusted to stand vertically or horizontally, the can be hung on a wall or simply placed flat on a surface. They are really loud too. I now use this, in conjunction with an app that lets me use songs from my iPod touch as my alarm "tone", to wake me up every morning for work. And one of the best things about the speakers is that, while the app uses up battery power from my iPod to work since it must be "in use" for it to set off the alarm, these speakers charge my iPod while it's connected! So no half-used battery in the morning from a night of use! =)

Altogether, I give these speakers a 4 out of 4 star rating. I loved them and I don't think you can get such useful speakers for the same amount of money. Portable, adjustable, loud, charges, and great to watch movies in!

I travel quite a bit for work and wanted a portable speaker to take with me, this turned out to be perfect! It had decent quality sound, AC adaptor, lightweight, sturdy enough to just throw in the suitcase, doesn't take up a lot of room and it charges the ipod as it plays. The sound volume may not fill an entire house but it was way louder than I'll ever need to play it in hotel room (and it might fill a small house, it goes louder than I expected). It has a 'kickstand' like a picture frame on the back that rotates for horizontal or vertical viewing (another nice feature if you want to share a movie!). The Ipod gets inserted a little like an old fashioned casette, this probably isn't the best design but it works, just use a little care. The only other drawback would be the button to turn down the volume is a little sticky (hard to push down). There are three push buttons located on the top - one button for power, one for lowering vol, and increasing vol). I'm really happy with this for the price.

I have had these speakers for about 2 and a half months now, and they work like a charm.



Sometimes they fail to connect upon initial connection, but when you unplug them and plug them back in again, 9 times out of 10 they connect, they always do on the third try, so not a big deal.



Great sound quality, these little speakers can get LOUD.



The carrying case is very convenient, although the zippers do sometimes get stuck, but it makes them extremely portable.



Best USB speakers I've seen so far.



They work funny with vista, but I found a solution that works for me. Plug them in BEFORE you turn on your computer and they work fine.

I purchased these speakers at Best Buy for about $69.00. The main reason I purchased them was for their portability. I work for the railroad, and the easier I can squeeze something into my grip the better. I didn't expect a lot for the price paid, but for external speakers that travel well and sound decent in the hotel room, they are okay. They are weak on bass, but overall these USB powered speakers are not bad. If you want great sounding portables, go with the Bose Companion 2 speakers. For just under $100.00, ($69.00 at Sam's Club) they put out the music and the bass, but they are larger and bulkier to haul around. For the casual traveler, that would be the one I would recommend if you are serious about your music. The V20 is nice for what it is, and includes a nice carrying case as well, but don't expect much more. I am not disappointed with these, however. They filled my nitch, and for a traveler they do a good job.

I bought a more expensive mouse, because I thought it would be better. Nope! Frustrated, I went back to the drawing board, checked the reviews, and picked up this one. I love it. Simple, classic, easy to use. You can program the buttons to do whatever you'd like, which is my favorite part. The middle scroll wheel turns really easily as well, which most of the mice I experienced at the store in the $30 range did not. Never loses tracking, always stays with you.

Yea, this are heap good speakers, though, when i brought them they were AU$200. So any way, not exacttly Surround Sound which i was looking for. My suggestion: Dell 5.1 speakers. These speakers run at 70 watts and are a little to small opposed to the Dell ones running at 100 watts for a similar price.

I got this set as a gift, and it's great! I set them up with a 8-channel sound card and installed the software. Absolutely no problems with installation, a little adjusting on the included equalizer software and it sounded perfect. I use them mostly for strategy games and music, and 6 speakers can tell me exactly where things are happening in my games. Bass is great, easily adjustable.



The only problems:



- bass gets kind of overpowering when you turn the volume low

- some of the cords for the speakers are rather short... get a few cable extensions if you want to spread them out

- volume doesn't seem to change the headphones output level



These are minor cons, though, and with all the good, you can easily look over these problems. Make sure you have a compatible sound card!

When it comes to computer speakers, you can't go wrong with the Logitech x620s. Crisp, clear sound, a powerful subwoofer, and a system that's so easy to hook up, you don't even need to read the manual.



The subwoofer has independent control. The right front speaker has an easy headphone plug, volume control, and on/off switch. These speakers give great sound and good volume. The bottom of the speakers have a groove for hanging them, or they can be set on your desktop.



Only cons for these speakers:

- When used at low volume, the midrange is weak, and bass a little overpowering. Nothing horrible, but this is the only sound weakness with these speakers.

- Center speaker has no hook for wall hanging. Not sure why this wasn't included, as the center speaker would seem to be the most obvious choice for hanging.

- Left front speaker has a very short cord. This forced us to place the subwoofer (where all the cords connect to) on the floor under the middle of the desk so the cord would reach. An extra few feet would have been nice, especially since the rear speakers have nice, long cords.



I think these speakers stand up well to their more expensive counterparts. Why pay more, when you can get a wonderful set for under $100.
